Luxor temple
Luxor Temple was built by Amenhotep 3 and contains a chamber of divine birth, a shrine for Alexander the Great, and works by Tutankhamun and Ramses II.
Valley of the kings
The Valley of the Kings contains 62 royal tombs, and it represents the development of burial among the ancient Egyptians from tombs in the ground to tombs in the belly of the mountain.
Karnak Temple
Karnak Temple, which contains the Way of Rams, and contains the Holy of Holies of Amun Ra, Mut, and Khonsu, the Theban Triad (Luxor), and it contains temples for Ramesses III, Hatshepsut, Thutmose III, Ramesses II, and Nectanebo I.
Hatshepsut Temple
The temple of Queen Hatshepsut is carved into the belly of the mountain. It contains the cabin of Anubis, the cabin of Hathor, and the cabin of Amun Ra. The temple has three floors and contains several scenes of Queen Hatshepsut and her husband’s son, King Tuthmosis III.
Habu Temple
The Temple of Habu, which is dedicated to King Ramesses III, was dedicated to Amun Ra. We find many scenes in deep excavations, and next to the temple we find remains of the royal palace of King Ramesses III. The king used to celebrate the beautiful Valley Festival in the temple.
Valley of the queens
The Valley of the Queens is located on the western bank of the Nile River in Luxor. It contains many tombs of queens and noble princesses, and most of the tombs that were discovered are from the 18th, 19th and 20th Dynasties.
